It is time to register your business to participate in the county wide Back in the Saddle Again Outdoor Decorating Contest. In lieu of the fair, this year we are having a Homecoming and we are celebrating all over Calaveras. Each town/area will have a coveted trophy and promotional package for their business along with bragging rights of being the Best Decorated Business in their town. Registering puts your business on the live map where we will encourage residents and visitors to Calaveras County to tour. Whether you want to deck out your building in frogs, give a historical nod to Mark Twain, or reflect the deep ranching/gold rush history we have, the trophies will be awarded for ingenuity, spirit, flare, showmanship, and clear reflection of Homecoming or Fair.

All participating businesses must be decorated by no later than Sunday, May 2. Judging will take place the week of May 3 – May 7. All businesses are encouraged to keep up decor through at least May 23. Please see criteria on registration page
