The perfect candidate knows how to use social media platforms, is organized, trustworthy and reliable and lives near by.  Many hours can be worked from home.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • Assisting with creative advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Yelp, Instagram, etc.
  • Making videos and shooting photos for ads
  • Maintaining website
  • Renting units to new customers
  • Assisting existing customers in person and via phone
  • Making collection calls
  • Maintaining data base
  • Reconciling funds
  • Cleaning vacated units
  • Cleaning grounds including sweeping, blowing, picking up trash
  • Minor landscape maintenance including pulling weeds and spraying weeds
  • Being on site for walk in customers
  • Placing orders for supplies and inventorying supplies
  • On call activities where you can work from home but within an hour be at the facility to help and perform duties above if needed by potential and existing customers.
  • Gathering statistics on rentals
  • Processing lien notices

Administrative:

• Manage website keep information that goes out to the membership updated

• Keep in contact with our MLS Vendors to resolve any issues
• Other tasks as they arise

Events
• Take registrations, help prepare and attend REALTOR® & Affiliate Mixers, Membership meetings and
Banquets
• Other tasks as they may arise.
Skills, Knowledge or Abilities:
• Experience in customer service and data entry
• Proactive with a strong attention to detail
